A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
Before we start.
Do we need a problem before we ask for a review?
No. An independent view can be useful before investing, hiring or making a significant technology decision. We can also help turn a general concern into a focused set of questions.
Will this disrupt our team?
We agree the people, information and access needed before starting. Much of the work can happen remotely, with focused conversations and regular updates to keep demands on your team proportionate.
How long does a review take and what does it cost?
That depends on the questions, systems and depth involved. We agree the scope, timing, deliverables and quote first. If you have a budget in mind, we’ll try to shape a useful review around it and explain any trade-offs.
Will you recommend replacing everything?
Not by default. We look at what is working as well as what needs attention. Recommendations should reflect your business, constraints and capacity to make changes—not a preferred stack.
Can you help with the improvements afterwards?
Yes. We can help shape the strategy and support implementation, including architecture, tooling, product and team changes. Follow-on work is scoped separately; a review does not commit you to a longer engagement.
