Opportunities & priorities
Identify problems where AI may add value. Compare potential benefit with feasibility, cost and risk—including whether a simpler non-AI approach would work better.
AI ADOPTION
Where could AI help your business, and how do you put it into practice?
Start with a useful outcome, not a tool. We help you explore AI in your products and development process, test what works and introduce it with the right checks in place.

WHEN AI ADOPTION HELPS
You don’t need a finished AI plan. Bring the problem you want to solve, the workflow you want to improve or an idea you want to test.
FROM USEFUL IDEA TO WORKING CAPABILITY
An engagement can focus on opportunity discovery, an existing experiment or implementation. We agree the starting point and success criteria with you.
Identify problems where AI may add value. Compare potential benefit with feasibility, cost and risk—including whether a simpler non-AI approach would work better.
Explore capabilities such as finding information, working with content or assisting users through a task. Fit the experience to a real user need, not just a demonstration.
Assess how AI can support coding, testing, documentation and investigation. Define where review and accountability remain with the development team.
Compare suitable tools and integration approaches against your systems and constraints. Consider data access, supplier dependency, latency and operating costs.
Agree representative tests, acceptable quality and failure handling. Examine data permissions, sensitive information, human oversight and how outputs will be checked.
Support a scoped pilot or implementation, establish ownership and help the team use the capability. Plan monitoring, feedback and changes after release.
Examples are possibilities, not promised outcomes. We test suitability before recommending a wider rollout.
WHAT YOU TAKE AWAY
Depending on the scope, we help you move from a shortlist of opportunities to a tested approach and a practical implementation plan.
Prioritised use cases, the problems they address and the assumptions to test. A clear recommendation on where to start—or where not to invest yet.
A bounded pilot or evaluation against agreed criteria. Findings explain what worked, what did not and what would need to change before wider use.
Recommendations covering integration, ownership, safeguards and adoption. Implementation support can be included in the agreed engagement or scoped as a next step.
HOW WE WORK
We work with your people throughout, sharing findings and making decisions together. Progress is judged against the problem, not the novelty of the technology.
Understand the users, workflow, available data and business goal. Agree the scope, constraints, quote and what a useful result would look like.
Where a pilot is in scope, test realistic examples and difficult cases. Assess quality, cost and failure modes before recommending the next investment.
Present findings and agree whether to proceed, adapt or stop. For implementation work, plan integration, oversight and support for the people using it.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
No. We start with the problem and your constraints. Choosing a tool comes after understanding what it needs to do and how its suitability will be tested.
Yes. We have experience using AI to add product functionality and within development. These may be separate workstreams, with different goals, data requirements and measures of success.
We agree data access and handling before using client information with AI tools. We assess the relevant provider settings and terms, restrict access where appropriate and use synthetic or redacted examples where practical.
That is a useful finding. We can recommend a simpler approach, narrow the use case or stop an experiment. A pilot is there to inform a decision, not justify a rollout regardless of the evidence.
No universal percentage would be meaningful. We agree what to measure for your use case and assess the results alongside costs, quality and the effort needed to check or correct outputs.
We scope the work and quote first. A focused assessment or bounded pilot can be a starting point, without committing to a wider implementation. If you have a budget, we’ll try to shape useful work within it.
LET’S FIND YOUR NEXT STEP
Bring an idea, a bottleneck or a question. We’ll help you work out what is worth exploring.
